Personnel holding prior Military Occupations Specialties (MOS) of 35 series/96B/97 series/350B/351/18 series or other service/civilian equivalents are required.  At least four years of analytical intelligence experience within DoD or an equivalent US Government agency and operational experience.  Experience in Counterterrorism, Middle East regional studies, Human Intelligence or a Political/Military affair is desired.  Possession of an Associates Degree is a minimum requirement, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

The employee must be able to articulate concepts clearly, must possess strong research and writing skills, and must be able to effectively operate as a member of an analytical team in the production of intelligence products and assessments.

The employee must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.  This includes, but is not limited to, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Analyst Notebook and standard intelligence Analysis software tools.
